A Room With A View
Location: Vale of Belvoir
A steel frame was needed for the extension to the traditional village home. To ensure the finish matched the property's style, the steel was carefully cloaked in oak and ironstone. The end result was a traditional look that blended beautifully with the original property.

Location: Melton Mowbray
This project is still in progress and we are currently at the plastered stage. From here it'll start to get exciting with the new kitchen and bathroom fittings going in along with all the other decorative finishes and landscaping. The images give you a good idea of the size and scale of this build. From the steel frame to the curved agricultural style roof. This project is high spec from start to finish.

Traditional Extension & Oak Trusses

The clients of this recently built beautiful family home wanted to create a traditional extension to their living room. Adding the extra space allowed for a separate dining room. The vaulted ceiling gave the room a light and airy feel, while the traditional oak king trusses added a charming rustic touch to the interior.

New Build Investment Property
Location: Nottingham
Hallcliffe in Plumtree, Nottinghamshire, is a new build property we completed for a client in 2009. The client had already acquired the land and obtained planning consent. They approached us while we were working on a development of barn conversions in the same village. Impressed by the quality of our work on the barns, they invited us to tender for their project.

Restoration & Conversion
Location: Barkestone le Vale, Leicestershire
The Old School House, Barkestone le Vale was converted and restored for a client in 2012. We were employed as the main contractor for the project dealing with all aspects from site clearance and gutting of the property to decorative finishes and landscaping. Working closely with the client at all times with regards to design and finishes.

Renovation & Extension

Our client on this project wanted to deal with the 2nd fix and final finishes herself. We were employed as the main contractor to carry out all the structural work and internal work up to 2nd fix. Ensuring the project was handed over ready for her to complete the 2nd fix, decor and landscaping with her own sub-contractors.
